From September 21 to October 2, 2026, Progetto Arte Poli has been selected to exhibit at Italian Excellence in the Spirit of Francis – Making the Invisible Visible, hosted by the Ministry of Enterprises and Made in Italy at Palazzo Piacentini in Rome.
Alongside three other prominent representatives of Italian excellence, our studio will present Albano Poli’s Christ of Hope, which recently returned to Italy after being displayed for more than a year at Barcelona’s Sagrada Família.
The exhibition is promoted by Confrestauro, under the patronage of the National Committee for the Eighth Centenary of the Death of Saint Francis of Assisi. The exhibition explores the contemporary relevance of the Franciscan message through four “gestures” that characterized the saint’s life and work: repairing, working, preserving, and making the invisible visible.
The exhibition brings together installations, artworks, materials, photographs, and accounts from various organizations that represent Italian companies—businesses that create and preserve Italy’s artistic heritage every day while keeping alive the crafts in which culture and manufacturing come together.
The exhibition also features photographs by photojournalist Roberto Salomone, who documents these Italian craft traditions through the people, hands, and places where this knowledge and expertise take shape.
