From artistic stained-glass windows to wrought-iron balustrades, and from bronze and stone sculptures to refined mosaics, every work created for this elegant residence enhances its prestige, making the setting even more exclusive and luxurious.
Two domes and two flat skylights designed in the Art Nouveau style, made of blown glass and fitted with supporting structures engineered to allow air circulation and prevent excessive heat buildup inside the space.
The dome windows were designed and crafted to follow the spherical curvature.
The large entrance portal, measuring 2.50 meters wide by 8 meters high, was made entirely of wrought iron and embellished with gold-leaf applications.
A crystal-glass panel is incorporated into the wrought-iron portal and engraved with the same lettering as the metal structure.
In the same style as the entrance portal, the villa’s balcony railings were handcrafted using the traditional technique of forging hot iron and then assembled according to the design. Some elements were also embellished with 24-karat gold leaf.
Classic-design mosaics embellished with gold tesserae decorate the spa area and outdoor pools.
The mosaics were created using traditional techniques: each tile was hand-cut with a small hammer and then carefully positioned to form the design.
The villa’s façade and exterior were completed with marble and bronze sculptures.
